We ensure all information provided in and arising from grant applications will be kept confidential and we only use your personal information for the purposes for which you gave it to us. Your personal information will not be added to a mailing list or used or disclosed for any other purpose without your consent.

How we use your information

We may on occasion forward and/or discuss applications for funding with external reviewers and/or other trusts and foundations. Directors of The Myer Foundation and Trustees of the Sidney Myer Fund use this to inform their decision making. We may also use information included in successful grants applications for promotional purposes.

You may gain access to personal information about you that we hold. You can have us correct any errors or delete the information we have about you. You may opt out of any further contact from us.
