Grant Advice and Payment

• If you are successful in receiving funding from The Myer Foundation or the Sidney Myer Fund, you will receive from us a letter confirming the conditions of the grant and payment arrangements.
  
  
• If you are an individual or unincorporated group, you will receive a letter of advice, and your funding partner will receive a letter confirming the conditions of the grant and payment arrangements. Further information on the requirements of funding partners is outlined below.
  
  
• Grants are paid through Electronic Funds Transfer approximately two weeks after you have received formal notification from us. In special cases, grants may be paid by cheque.
  
  If you are an individual or unincorporated group, payment of the grant will be made to your nominated funding partner organisation.
  
  
  Requirements of Successful Applicants

There is a series of requirements that you will need to be aware of as the recipient of a Grant from The Myer Foundation or the Sidney Myer Fund.


The requirements of grant recipients are to:

• Inform The Myer Foundation or the Sidney Myer Fund of any changes to or delays in the completion of your project throughout the duration of the agreed grant period
  
  
• Provide relevant information about your project for our Annual Report.
  
  
• Satisfactorily acquit your project at the end of the agreed grant period, by completing and signing an Acquittal Report Form.
  
  
  The requirements of funding partners are to:
  
  
• Provide relevant documentation to accompany the grant applicant’s funding submission, including a letter of support addressed to The Myer Foundation and the Sidney Myer Fund stating their willingness to work in partnership with the applicant.
  
  
• Satisfactorily acquit the project at end of the grant period by approving and signing the statement of expenditure attached to the applicant’s Acquittal Report form.
  
  
  ACQUITTAL REPORTS
  
  We require both an electronic and a hard copy of your Acquittal Report Form.  Your electronic Acquittal Report Form should be sent to enquiries@myerfoundation.org.au, and your hard copy Acquittal Report Form posted or faxed to the attention of:
